We are thrilled to announce the launch of Teneo’s Annual Purpose Beyond Profit Report!

Our mission, “Opening Minds to New Possibilities,” continues to guide us in making a positive impact around the world. This year, we made significant strides in our Purpose Beyond Profit initiatives, including:

• Constructing and refurbishing schools in Madagascar, providing education and resources to hundreds of children.
• Winning the CRN Award for Best ESG Project of the Year for our Sarisambo school build.
• Participating in the Miles for Mothers event, supporting neonatal ICU development in Tanzania.
• Launching a Payroll Giving scheme, sponsoring 56 children’s education in Kenya.
• Maintaining our carbon-neutral status by offsetting 150 tonnes of CO2e with a solar power project in India.

To date, we have improved the lives of 22,000 children worldwide, and our goal is to impact one million children. Teneo is committed to this mission as we continue to pledge 1% of our revenue to these initiatives.
