Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT services company, has today announced a new partnership with Prosimo, the Application Experience Infrastructure company, to help enterprise I&O (Infrastructure & Operations) leaders realize the benefits of autonomous multi-cloud networking (MCN), and experience frictionless cloud adoption.
Teneo is one of the first partners to join the new Prosimo Partner Program. also announced today.
As organizations transition to Work From Anywhere, they’re progressively taking a cloud-first approach, with highly distributed users, application environments, and microservices spanning across multiple regions and multiple public clouds.
But as they scale, many are realizing that connectivity and security become increasingly complex and difficult to manage. Issues are typically experienced with the underlying network infrastructure, cloud spend, and the cost and performance of connectivity between regions and multi-clouds, leading to an inferior user experience.
I&O teams often struggle to optimize these aspects due to a lack of time, insights, and people resource. It’s becoming more apparent that it’s no longer humanly possible to manage cloud environments effectively, and no two customer environments look the same.
The Prosimo Application eXperience Infrastructure (AXI) Platform is delivered as a single, cloud-based infrastructure stack and allows I&O teams to automate and scale multi-cloud networking transit decisions with machine learning based on their own environment. This will ensure they’re providing a highly trusted, distributed, scalable, secure network experience for the cloud.
In taking this approach, I&O leaders can get a better handle on cloud spend and how it: impacts application experience; improves application load time, using path optimization and content caching; enables Zero Trust Network Access and reduces time to build connectivity for multi-cloud application access; reduces total cost of ownership by making data-driven decisions; and streamlines their operating model for the multi-cloud world.
Prosimo has well-established relationships with Microsoft Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, and Google Cloud Platform, along with approved reference architectures. Existing customers have used Prosimo’s AXI Platform to provide 99%+ increases in application reliability, 90% faster infrastructure rollout, 60% savings in cloud spend, and mean time to resolution in seconds, rather than days.
Dean Chenarides, Vice President of Sales at Prosimo said, “We’re delighted to welcome Teneo as one of the first to join the Prosimo Partner Program. Together, we look forward to giving Teneo customers the ability to use data and intelligent insights that drive impactful infrastructure decisions for their cloud applications, and deliver more powerful, consistent application experiences for their organizations.”
Teneo Services Director, Brett Ayres, said, “We often see I&O teams running into complexity, routing, and security challenges as they attempt to manage multi-cloud, multi-region connectivity today. The reality is that cloud environments are quickly growing out of control, and managing them properly is virtually impossible with a human team alone.
“With Prosimo’s AXI Platform, customers can instantly benefit from cloud-native principles and best practices and take advantage of automation and machine learning in their own environment. This will ensure they’re making the best performance and cost decisions, and have the right level of security when connecting users and applications to other applications and services in the cloud.”
The Prosimo Application eXperience Infrastructure (AXI) Platform is SOC2 compliant, and integrates Secure Access, Cloud Networking, Application Performance, and Observability across the Prosimo multi-cloud application transit and backbone. It is available today as a cloud-based offering from Teneo.
